Product Introduction

 

Corrosion-resistant and heat-sampling composite pipe is an important component in the environmental monitoring system. It consists of a set of corrosion-resistant high-performance resin pipes supplemented with self-limiting temperature heating cable (constant power heating cable) and compensation cable to form the inner core, plus heat preservation. The layer is finally laminated with a flame-retardant polyethylene (PE) protective jacket. The automatic temperature limiting function of the self-limiting temperature heating cable can ensure a certain temperature in the sampling tube, so as to ensure that the collected samples are consistent with the initial values ​​as much as possible, and finally ensure that the environmental monitoring system continuously and correctly collects the sample gas. According to the actual conditions of the sample sample and temperature, the sampling tube in the anti-corrosion and heat-sampling composite tube can be made of different materials, such as PFA (tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl ether copolymer), FEP (tetrafluoroethylene and Hexafluoropropylene copolymer), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), PE (flame retardant polyethylene), nylon 610, etc., the heating cable can be selected from medium, low and high temperature heating cables, and can also be compensated according to user requirements. Wires, power cords, etc. This product was listed as a national key new product promotion plan in 2002. In 2001, it applied for national patents. The company is currently the only professional manufacturer of such sampling tubes in China, with a service life of more than 15 years.

 

The corrosion-resistant and heat-sampling composite pipe is a composite body composed of a plurality of devices, and a plurality of systems are combined on a limited section.

●Sampling system: It can combine various types and materials of sampling tubes: Teflon PFA, FEP, nylon 610, copper tube, 316SS, 304SS, etc.

● Thermal system: high-efficiency insulation, flame retardant and lightweight insulation; automatic temperature-limiting heating cable or constant power heating cable.

●Electrical system: It can be equipped with instrument signal cable, compensation cable and control cable to meet the instrument display monitoring.

●Safety system: adapt to different process conditions, shield each system with aluminum foil or wire mesh to achieve fire safety, anti-static, electromagnetic shielding, and some waterproof membrane and reinforced flame retardant, UV-resistant jacket. The combination of multiple systems combines versatility into one, making the complicated project simple and convenient. It provides a good guarantee for remote work and remote diagnosis of the system. The heat tracing system keeps the gas inside the pipe from condensing and keeps the measurement above the dew point, so the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed, which creates conditions for centralized centralized computerization. The reinforced outer sheath prevents crossover and damage due to other factors.

 

1 Basic structure, classification and model

1.2 Classification

1.2.1 According to the type of heating cable, it can be divided into:

a) self-limiting temperature electric heating cable composite pipe;

b) Constant power electric heating cable composite pipe.

1.2.2 According to the different materials of the sampling tube, it can be divided into:

a) polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite pipe;

b) a polyfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) composite pipe;

c) a soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) composite pipe;

d) a polytetrafluoroethylene (milky PTFE) composite pipe;

e) Stainless steel (0Cr17Ni12Mo2) composite pipe.

Typical model introduction

Example 1: Model FHG36-8-b-120-Z, the nominal outer diameter is 36 mm, the outer diameter of the sampling tube is 8 mm, the quantity is 1, the material is polyperfluoroethylene propylene (FEP), the working temperature inside the sampling tube At 120 °C, the heat tracing cable is a self-limiting temperature composite pipe.

Example 2: Model FHG42-10(2)-c-180-H, which means the nominal outer diameter is 42 mm, the outer diameter of the sampling tube is 10 mm, the quantity is 2, the material is soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), sampling The working temperature in the tube is 180 °C, and the heating cable is a constant-power type composite tube.

Example 3: Model FHG42-8-6(2)-c-200-H, indicating a nominal outer diameter of 42 mm, sampling tube d1 outer diameter of 8 mm, quantity 1 and sampling tube d2 outer diameter of 6 mm, The quantity is 2, the sampling tube is made of soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), the working temperature in the sampling tube is 200 °C, and the heating cable is a constant-power type composite tube.

Example 4: Model FHG45-8(2)-6(2)-f-250-H, indicating nominal outer diameter is 45 mm, sampling tube d1 outer diameter is 8 mm, quantity 2, sampling tube d2 outer diameter 6 Mm, the number is 2, the sampling tube is made of stainless steel (0Cr17Ni12Mo2), the working temperature in the sampling tube is 250 °C, and the heating cable is a constant-power type composite tube.

Note: It is strictly forbidden to twist and the ground is towed during construction. The tube head sheath is only allowed to be disassembled when the joint is installed.
