ZBR(M)-40-220-P :Medium temperature shielded type, output power per meter is 40W at 10°C, working voltage is 220V.
Technical characteristics
① Power-temperature characteristic This characteristic is measured under simulated heating and heat-retaining conditions. As the temperature of the heat tracing system increases, the power decreases approximately linearly, and the slope is the reduction in the power of the tropical heat when the temperature of the heat tracing system changes by one degree, which reflects the ability of the power to be automatically adjusted with temperature.
② Nominal power Heating power measured per meter at 10°C.
③ Maintaining a system with a heating system for heat tracing, if the amount of heat transmitted by the heat belt to the system per unit of time is equal to the amount of heat transferred from the system to the environment, the temperature of the system will remain unchanged.
④Maximum withstand temperature If the temperature of the external heat source exceeds a certain value, the power of the companion heat sinks and cannot be recovered. This temperature is the highest withstand temperature. Therefore, do not exceed the maximum temperature of the heating cable during use.
⑤Maximum surface temperature The heating cable with a sufficient length is placed in a closed container with good heat insulation. The maximum temperature reached at the rated voltage is the maximum surface temperature of the electric heating belt. This parameter is important for flammable materials or explosive gases.
⑥The maximum use length of the heating cable can be arbitrarily shortened, but it can only be lengthened within a certain length range; in other words, the maximum use length must not be exceeded. The maximum operating length is related to the rated voltage, power, conductor cross-section and minimum ambient temperature during use. If it is required to use a cable that is longer than the maximum length of the heating cable, it should be connected to a power source or a special-sized medium-length or long-size heating cable.
