Product Introduction

 

Epoxy resin heating plate is also called epoxy glass fiber heating plate, epoxy phenolic aldehyde laminating glass cloth heating plate epoxy plate: cloth with epoxy resin bonded and made with temperature and pressure. It has high mechanical performance at medium temperature and stable electrical performance under high humidity. It is suitable for mechanical, electrical and electronic parts with high insulation structure. It has high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat resistance and moisture resistance.The heat resistant grade F (155 degrees) is heated and deformed at high temperature of 180 degrees, and the gauge thickness is 0.5 ~ 100mm.

 

Main features of epoxy resin heating plate

 

①Diversity of forms。Various resins, hardener and modifier systems can almost meet the requirements of various applications, and their ranges can from low viscosity to high melting point solids.

 

②Curing convenience.With various curing agents, the epoxy resin system can almost solidify within 0~180 C temperature range.

 

③Strong adhesion force.The existence of polar hydroxyl and ether bonds in the molecular chains of epoxy resin makes them highly adhesive to various substances.The shrinkage of epoxy resin is low when curing, and the internal stress of Th is small,it helps to improve adhesion strength.

 

④Low contractility.The reaction of epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out by direct addition reaction or the ring opening polymerization of cyclooxygenated groups in the resin molecules, without water or other volatile by-products released.They showed very low shrinkage (less than 2%) in curing process compared with unsaturated polyester resin and phenolic resin.
